The Nokia 2720 Fold is evolutionary


The Nokia 2720 Fold is a flip phone with typical Nokia styling. The phone offers a multitude of features encased with a stylish and effervescent outer casing. The phone is a compact unit with the ability to perform numerous tasks whilst out and about. This offering brings back the flip phone styling with a bang.

The phone comes with a 1.3 mega pixel camera which also doubles up as a video recording device. The camera itself operates at a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels which ensures images taken are of good quality. The video recording and playback element of the phone is able to take video at CIF quality and at 15 frames per second. This provides an alternative to static and still imagery.

As with most flip phones the Nokia 2720 Fold has 2 screens. The screen which is
available on the external casing is a 1.36 inch monochrome TFT display screen which works on a pixel size of 128 x 160 pixels. The external screen allows the user to view details without the need to open the handset. The internal screen is a 1.8 inch TFT screen which displays 65,000 colours accurately.

Connectivity is provided by the inclusion of GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE as well as Blue tooth. This ensures the phone can connect to numerous devices and perform numerous tasks such as file sharing. The phones internal memory is 32 Mb. The phone comes with an MP3/MP4 player which will play the majority of audio and video files including MP3, eAAC and MP4. A stereo FM radio which also has RDS is built in and provides access to a whole host of radio broadcasts from local and national radio stations. Additional features include a voice memo facility and an English-Chinese dictionary.

The Nokia 2720 Fold measures 93 mm x 46 mm wide and is 17 mm thick whilst only weighing 90 grams. It is a slim line and lightweight phone with a plethora of features. It is simple and effective in every way and offers budget priced class and style.
