LG GT500 bring advanced technology to the consumer



The LG GT500 is stylish to the extreme. It is a compact handset which within its sleek outer casing incorporates a surprising number of features and functions. It measures 107 mm x 55 mm wide, whilst being 12 mm thick and weighing only 98 grams. The phone comes with a multitude of functions, all of which are useful in their own right.

The LG GT500 comes with an integrated 5.0 mega pixel camera which operates at a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels. This is sufficiently good enough to offer excellent photo opportunities. The phone comes with auto focus for image quality whilst the built in LED flash ensures illumination of the subject matter. Video recording and playback are available and offers an alternative to still imagery. The popular video call feature is available through the secondary camera provided.

The phones 3 inch TFT touch screen displays 256,000 colours effectively at a pixel resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. The A-class touch user interface is provided for the sole aim of accessing functions within the handset. It is responsive and sensitive. The screen also provides an accelerometer sensor which provides the means to amend the aspect of images to their correct aspect for optimum viewing.

Internet access is provided by the HSDPA and Wi-Fi connections. Fast connectivity is provided which ensures an enjoyable browsing experience whilst the availability of hot spots makes use of the phones Wi-Fi capabilities. The inclusion of EDGE, GPRS, Blue tooth and USB offers additional connectivity options. The GPS with A-GPS support provides satellite navigation, whenever required.

Entertainment is provided by the Mp3/MP4 player and stereo radio. The ability to listen to downloaded media is an important element which is classed as standard. The radio offers the ability to tune in to local and national radio broadcasts. The
phone also provides an organiser, document viewer as well as a voice memo feature. The GT500 is the complete handset. It is stylish by design but also functional in every way. It is a modern day mobile phone which helps its owner to conduct numerous tasks and is a useful phone. The combination of its multiple features ensures that it is a phone which will be used constantly and not one which is simply used to make and receive calls.
