Symbian Mobile Phones True Experiences Of Mobile Phones


The phone that uses Symbian operating system is able to integrate several software applications at once, such as word processors, internet browser and email. Nokia 9210 is the first Symbian OS tha comes on to the market. The device is equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard and colour screen that is looking as like as your laptop. The device is very user friendly and can be used to send emails, browse the internet and it featured a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation viewer and file/contents manager. The Symbian Apps uses Symbian operating system which is uniquely designed for the mobile phones. This OS is used by some branded mobile phones like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Siemens and many others. The handset Nokia N93i is capable of video capture of DVD quality, as well as mobile TV software to turn it into a portable television. The Motorola Z8 comes with another new feature and that is 'kick-slider'. These type of mobile phones are basically available on a pay as you go tariff, for those who don't want to be tied to a monthly package.

The OS of Symbian contains structure with memory protection and pre-emptive multitasking. It also has multi threading. The primary advantage that the Symbian OS has over other applications is that it can be used effectively on the hand held
devices such as the likes of PDA and. By this technology the user can enhances the memory of the mobile phones. Proper use of the mobile phone may provide a better battery backup. This type of OS is not been considered as the open source software. Most of the manufactures have already been started to use this mobile applications. System has received license from the top phone manufacturers of the world. It allows the users to play on-line games, listen to their favorite numbers and last but not least click beautiful pictures. It is the operating system like Windows Mobile, Java
(J2ME) and Embedded Linux. The latest version of Symbian Operating System is v9.5 that offers approximately 70 new set of features for greater performance level. It is only designed keeping in mind the requirements of the high tech. The users can access any kind of information by ARM processor that is used by this OS. The display resolution of the S60 mobile phone is 176x208. S60 supports multiple resolutions such as Basic (176x208), QVGA (240x320) and Double (352x416). But Nokia N90 takes very high resolution.
